THE POWER OF YOUR MIND

Moreover the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying, Jeremiah, what seest thou? And I said, I see a rod of an almond-tree. Then said Jehovah unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I watch over my word to perform it. (Jeremiah 1:11-12). Whatever happens to you is a result of what has already taken place in your mind. A man is made up of the body, the soul and the spirit. The soul of a man is made up of his mind, emotions and his will. The soul is the part of man that relates whatever thing happening in the spirit world to the physical world. A man is ruled by the things that come out of his heart. What happens in a man’s physical realm has already taken place in the mind-realm or intellect-realm. God cannot do anything without first establishing it in your mind.

A man’s thought is very important because your mind is your miracle factory. Whatever you think in your mind has the power to make you. No wonder Romans 12:2 says, “And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” God asked Jeremiah, “what seest thou?” It means God will not bring anything to pass in your life without you seeing it with the eyes of your mind. God said to Abraham, “As far as your eyes can see, I will give to you.” (Genesis 13:14-15).

Beloved, your mind works to bring about good or evil in your life. If you can’t change the things you don’t like happening to you, you can change your mind. If you can have victory in your mind, you can have victory over those things. When you change your mind, you can change everything about you.
