HIS STRENGTH IN YOUR WEAKNESS

And he said unto me, "My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness." 2 Corinthians 12:9There are times when you come to the end of yourself; you have tried all you can but all to no avail; you meet people who should help you but nothing comes out of it. Beloved, this is when God steps in. His strength is made perfect in your weakness. Many times in the scriptures, the people of God faced situations which made them wonder whether God had abandoned them. Apostle Paul found himself in that situation at one point in his life. Three times, he asked God to take away the thorn in his flesh.

 What do you do when you don’t know what else to do? Philippians 4:6-7 says, “but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” 1 Peter 5:7 also says, “Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” What you should do is to pray about the situation with all manner of prayers. Next is thanking Him in advance for the answer He is yet to give to your prayer. Then you let peace guard your heart by relaxing and refusing to fear or fret. Then you will see the Lord of Host manifest in that situation. When you are weak, that’s when He is strong. When you don’t know what else to do, give way because that’s when He shows Himself. He is a awesome God! He is never late! Just give way before it becomes late.
